What is property investment and how does it work?

At Paramount, we make property investment simple and hands-off for Landlords/Investors by managing every aspect of the process, allowing you to enjoy reliable, long-term returns without the day-to-day hassle once you have purchased your property investment.
What is Guaranteed Rent?
Guaranteed Rent is a service where Paramount effectively become not only your tenant but also your property manager. Your monthly rental income is directly from us, paid monthly in advance. Even if the property is empty. Also the rent is paid on day one of the lease commencing.
Do I still get paid if the property is empty?
Yes. Your rent is guaranteed — If we experience a void period, you do not.
Who manages the residents and maintenance?
Paramount handle it all. This includes compliance obligations, day-to-day maintenance, and quarterly inspections. It is a completely hands-off experience for you.

Who pays for repairs?
Paramount covers routine maintenance and minor repairs.
Any external or major structural repairs remain the landlords responsibility, as per the terms of the lease.
Which compliance and regulatory requirements do you handle?
At Paramount our dedicated Asset Management Team manage all essential property compliance on your behalf. We will also notify you or any regulatory changes along the way.
Do I still have control over the property?
You retain ownership and ultimate responsibility for the property. However, day-to-day management are handled by Paramount.
What happens at the end of the contract?
When the agreement ends, we can negotiate to extend the lease or hand the property back to you if you wish. We will hand the property back to you in an acceptable condition, except for fair wear and tear. Almost all of our landlords renew with us as they are impressed with our services.
